Location: Simpsonville, SC | I was perusing the uhh..new portion of the OFC and came across MusicMike's page. There are a couple of his songs there, that I would bet, came from his earlier days of touring. The songs are well worth a listen. Go HERE and look to the middle of the page, on the left hand side, to play them. I don't know when he recorded these, but it was great to hear Mike from a few years earlier.

Location: big island | ditto what jim said above. i spoke briefly with mike today and heard about his "surprise birthday cake" he wasn't s'posed to know about, although his daughter did say, "but you don't know what kind of cake it is, daddy".
enjoyed hearing mike's songs too. post s'more buddy and Happy Birthday. |

I have spent some quality time getting to know Mike face to face. He is the kind of person I wish I had as a neighbor, or a riding buddy, or a bandmate, or a brother. Thanks for the good wishes...I appreciate every one and (yes Schroeder), I really do count every one! Those in this club are certainly included...and I appreciate each one of you:
I received an email from the AGF sendng me a happy birthday greeting...kinda cool I thought...then I read this thread and each post...this is personal and warm and well intended...the other was just a computer reply to a date in the data base.
That is what makes this club so special...each and every person!
