Location: South of most, North of few | Ok, here goes. I know you all think I'm crazy by now, but this will ice it for most. I'm selling these for just what I have in them and will eat the shipping conn. US.
First off, new, less than 10 minutes of play, Alvarez AJ 60 SC with very nice optional tweed HS case. Solid Engleman Spruce top with Maple back and sides. Jumbo body. Very nice electronics package, with nice workmanship, fit and finish. Lists for around 908.00, typically sells for around 5-600.00 without case. No longer available. This one is new for only 475.00 shipped.
Next up, a great little parlor I scored from War Eagle. 14 fret neck, burst finish, OP24 E electronics with E tuner. Comes with nicely fitted gig bag which is new. Has a couple very unnoticeable "finish cracks" at the bridge. Very hard to see and impossible to photograph. Has new set of Elixir nano .011s on it and sounds beautiful. I paid 650.00, the same price to you, shipped conn. US.

Location: South of most, North of few | Next, is the Patriot that I just received from Play Adamas. Nice shape for a 30+ year old guitar. I thought I would like it, but I never did warm up to the older Legend sound. I guess I should have known better. Anyway, 30yr mojo "A" braced legend just like the Lennon model with the Patriot decal. # 401 of the series. I paid 650, same price going out with HS case, shipped conn. US.
Last, but not least, my beloved Tacoma EKK19C. All Solid Koa and spotless with factory LR Baggs electronics. Includes (sorry Jack) Temp Koa tuner buttons and Koa truss rod cover. This is not at a giveaway price like Andrew had on his. If it doesn't go, I will be happy to keep it. Anyway, 1200.00 takes it, shipped conn US., which is exactly what I have in it. Comes with Humicase hard shell molded case.

I had the Parlor as it received the finish cracks via FedEx in Winter. Wicked a little #10 Cyano glue into them and they nearly disappeared and are stabilized. A must have guitar and IMHO better than the 97C.
Yes, I did make a deal on the EKK19C and it is a very worthy guitar - even in a dark room! With Tacoma Plant gone and FMIC Ownership in question I just have to say it - THEY DON'T MAKE EM LIKE THIS ANYMORE!
Mine was appreciated by a few people yesterday and for good reason.
JIM - Did I make that TRC or did you get it from the Tacoma Fan Club? |

Location: Cincinnati | I'm a little biased but that Tacoma is probably the most beautiful guitar I have ever laid my eyes on. I had a friend that refused to play it because it was so nice. Every time I opened the case I was still amazed. I think it had a softer(mellower perhaps) sound than my other guitars, but it real shined when played through an amp. This one will not disappoint. |

Now I'll be able to do my own A vs B (with the same brand/part # strings)... |

Damn glad that Dweezil lives across the ocean from here. (not that that's stopped him from anything ;) ) At least he sells what he doesn't feast on. |

Plus, I'm awaiting some minor parts from the MS in order to offer several more. I try to sell 'em like I like to buy 'em, cheap but complete! (Jeeze, I'm starting to sound like Patch!)
Oh, BTW, anyone have a nutmeg 'O' parlor? :D |

If anyone hears of a nylon string ovation parlor for sale ever again, please tell the seller I want one.
I'm depending on you guys... |

Now, who else has something delectable? :) |

Location: Florida Central Gulf Coast | OK, I got a really bad case of 'guilt'. When Jim's post basically went unanswered, I was going to post the FATHER DAY link to our '97C vs Parlor evaluation to boost interest. Prior to posting the link, I called Jim and asked him to hold it for me since no one had committed. I also told him I really didn't need another 'O', but it is such a tremendous instrument (that SB is to die for!)... Hey, it beat out my '97C...
Then I viewed the resultant posts and the 'good angel' on my shoulder gave me a big jab... so it's not only going north, but also waaaay out west.
I've missed out on several great guitars due to an itchy, but sweaty, trigger finger. Having played this 'un, I had a hair trigger grip.
This is one case where 'if you snooze, ya lose' takes a back seat! |

I have a '98 DR-20 with the unfortunate finish 'bubble' up by the neck base. But I just can't let go of it. It has 'guts'!
Although Jim and Mike keep putting Martins in my lap, the Tacoma runs right up there with da 'M's.
See ya'll, I do own other gits besides 'O's and 'A's. In fact, I actually have an '85 F-400S Tak that's a keeper also :p |

Canterbury, maybe you can hug them in person next summer.
Enjoy!
OK, everyone look at the OTHER guitars here for sale. Jimbo is the best to buy from, I know because I have bought two of his "never will be sold" gits from him. :D |

Doubt my boss would understand my knocking off work several times a day to check an internet forum. Guess I'll just have to rely on luck.
Congrats on getting the parlor after all. |

Location: Jet City | I had the 12 string version of that Alvarez jumbo. I added the internal mic, and then blended the sound between that and the undersaddle. It sounded pretty damned good. The construction was solid, and it had a great sound. Once I got ahold of Woody's Custom Elite I had no use for it anymore though.
Good luck on the sale Jimbo. It's really a nice instrument for the $. |

Awesome, Woody. Mine's a '54 but has a '55 grill. '54 grill is butt ugly. What drivetrain does it have?
This is mine. It now has a drivetrain in it. The tires and wheels have to go.

AJ That's the truck when it arrived from Alabama. The top had already been chopped and the rain gutters shaved. The person that did it did a great job. I haven't seen many chopped '53-'56 Effies that I've liked. This is the best that I've personally seen. |

Location: South of most, North of few | Well, as for now the Tacoma is staying. The two Alvarez's are still up for sale with one time reduced price. 950.00 shipped for both, or will part them at 450.00 shipped for the 6 string and 500.00 shipped for the 12. These are really great sounding wood boxes with the maple bringing in the bright high end and the jumbo body reinforcing the lower tones. Anyone wanting to try out a wood box can't go wrong with either one of these. The 12 plays and sounds much like a Guild for a fraction of the price.
BTW, the next one to go up may be my Martin 00-18V... |

The Patriot is a really nice guitar, IMHO. If the 02 Collector's hadn't put a small dent in my emergency fund, I'd snap that one up. You're selling it at a good price, IMHO.
