Yeah, I'll just have to slap Dave silly instead of a full beat down.

This was actually a well thought out plan by Serge and I. Ok Serge go post your guitar for sale and then I'll hijack the thread and you can make a new one. But I'll back out of the hijack and then you'll actually have TWO nice threads advertizing your guitar! Are we freaking smart or what?

G8r, the guitar still looks nice, but there's still no spare wad of $100 notes in my wallet. I'll look again in half and hour and get back to you.

Richard, you need this guitar. She's become very attached to my 08C - you'd provide a perfect loving home. E-Z Payment Plan(TM) accepted, and James could carry her back with him next year. ;)

Couple of problems: 1) I've already got a 1680 on a payment plan; 2) AJ's arms are guaranteed to be full already; 3) not sure where I'll be working in a month's time (but I at least have casual work to tide me over.

1st: Richard, this is a great guitar and g8r has certainly babied it...hope it works out for both parties,

2nd: in relation to my above post...I would just say that I am sure the statement was made in jest and yes Dave, it is worth a chuckle...but from others perspective; not so easy from me...I really value my work and the way in which I do my job and represent the Church...even in jest, to suggest that I am doing something illegial and immoral to finance my guitar purchases is not a laughing matter...especially since this is a public forum...
But, I'll let it go. I am quite sure others would not appreciate being accused of larceny from their jobs on a public forum either....
CR, I'm just curious: why are you always so negative?

peace!

g8r, I do hope your Adamas sells!

Hey, Mike, at least you're not a lawyer! And if you respond with one of those 17,000 lawyer jokes that I've already heard, I'm going to google preacher jokes and see what I can come up with.
Don't let it get to you. It took me years to thicken my hide, but a shot still penetrates occasionally.

Hey Mark...it's cool...it's just been a tough summer...Johnny and a few others understand...local unrest=Token "blame the preacher"...

Just when I think I've thickened my skin, someone brings out bigger bullets...lol, I had forgotten what my professor once told me: "Integrity is who you are when you are all alone"...lots of truth there.

Sorry to get riled...we're cool...go ahead and take your best shots...be gentle...guitars are not great armor...

Hey Mike, I'm sure no harm was intended and I didn't mean to insinuate it was funny. Well OK I did snicker a little. Now lawyers, THAT's a different story. Full out belly laughs for those guys.

A blue Adamas is my dream guitar.
I wish I could afford it, it's beautiful!
Maybe if I start looking under rocks around here I'll find some old Saddam gold stash and then.....................................
I really do hope it finds a good home.
I'm sure it'll sell soon!
