Try this free web proxy service . Simply enter the blocked url in the field, select "Display Options" and enable "Encode Site URL" and "Allow Cookies"

OK, here's another workaround. You can use Google's Wireless Transcoder as a proxy service. If you go here and enter a url (such as ovationfanclub.ning.com), Google will transcode the site for optimized viewing on a cell phone browser. The upside is that Google is actually downloading and sending the retooled content from a Google server, and no one blacklists Google. The downside is that most of the page formatting will be stripped out, leaving a very simple, single-column page, and the images will be scaled down to mobile device optimized size.
