Location: Southeast FL | I am selling my first Ovation. I was going to do Ebay but I want this git to go somewhere it will be appreciated. I bought a #1676 so this one has to go for now. I have no case for it and you guys can probably tell me more than I know about the condition its in. This one has been played and has a few very light scratches from the pick on the lower epie. I am not a "cork sniffer" when it comes to gits. I think it looks great and sounds great especially plugged in. This guitar begs to be played even by a butcher like myself.
I will post up pics by tomorrow. The only beauty mark that's noticeable on it is a scratch on the top, near the bottom about an inch long. I will make sure to get a pic or two of it.
As most of you know I am new to Ovations and guitars but it plays nicely for me. The action is low. It still has a shim or two left if anyone wanted it to be lowered. I think the color is an Autumn Sunburst.
I would like to get $450 and will include shipping anywhere in the continental US. PM or email.
Thanks,
Tony |

Location: Southeast FL | On second thought, the color might be New England Sunburst. Pics coming soon. |

| If it's a light orange-ish color with maple epaulets which are also orange bursts... the color is known as "vintage"
I'm looking at Al's sitting across the room from me right now.. I love this guitar, ssb, natural neck, nice finish, no inlays on the fretboard, and a fet3 preamp.
it's for sale also, and in mint condition, and been up for sale for a while...almost 2 years with ohsc and all the case candy...
hope you have better luck selling yours!
Regards,

Location: Southeast FL | Thanks Glenn. Maybe evilbay. Is my price too ambitous for one without a case?
Thanks,

Location: Southeast FL | I just noticed I put down I have a 1676 but its really a late 90's #1767. Maybe I will have to sell that one instead. I lke them both but the 1767 is the one I reach for and no batteries needed. I noticed the 1767 has a big following.

| if you change your sig line... and make a post.. they all should change to the new sig line reflecting the correct model#
no you're not asking too much for it... it's just that the market isn't good on anything right now.
it's a great guitar, and I'm very surprised that no-one here has bought it at this point.. and yours is worth every penny you are asking.
hang on to it for a while... but the Legend 1767 is a better guitar in my opinion than the 6868..
