Location: Utica, NY | I know that some folks here like there so I am offering my 2000 Newport Gold Top for sale. It's in very good physical condition and plays beautifully. It has the normal minor scratching from use and no major blems. I recently went through everything when I got it, cleaned and polished what I could and it's just in fine shape. If I had to point out anything in the interest of full disclosure it would be that there are some cross the fretboard markings from some prior fret polishing and that's the way it came to me. Not so bothersome, just evident. Comes with original Hamer case and that shows signs of use as well but mostly in the form of lightly worn edges. Note: I currently have Schaller straplock buttons installed but I will reinstall the original strap buttons.
I would like to get $1250.00 PayPal-ed & shipped CONUS.
Available with the Q-Parts Pearl knobs:
Or with the more vintage looking Chicken Head knobs:

Location: GA USA | I would love that. But I'd have to unload the Deacon (which I would do in a heartbeat for that beauty) and probably save up a couple hundred to get it. I have a measley $100 in the guitar fund at present. So I'm a little ways off.
Good luck. |

My wife said yesterday that it's been "The Year of the Guitar" in our house as I having been buying and selling the past few months until I get what I need and am happy with. She's a loving and patient soul. What's my annual goal to be an official OFC Gold Club trader? |

Don't even go there. :p HA! I was hoping to smoke you out with this one... You're the first person I thought of when she said it. I'd say am an even longer way from the "Platinum Status" of the real players around here though. But, it is a bit addictive and I must be careful... |
