Location: Route 66, just east of the Cadillac Ranch | I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have an extra 2010 OFC calendar that you might like to sell? The cut-off for orders had already passed when I joined the forum. I'll gladly cover your cost plus shipping. Perhaps one of you ordered an extra for a friend and then you decided you didn't like 'em that much. :)
Thanks! |

Location: Right now? | Oh, geez ... no wonder my check wasn't cashed ... I didn't realize you'd run out of them, Brad.
"S/he who hesitates is LOST!"
Guess I'll have to make my own, which certainly wouldn't be as much fun as seeing everyone's beautiful photography and guitars!

Location: Right now? | Oh, Alison, Iffy, you're making me blush. Thank you for such kind words. Good grief. I DO love (and PLAY) them all, too; not very well, but I DO play them. My fingers do NOT like barre chords! Alison, you're a guitar teacher ... what do I do about that? I've read the tips on proper positioning, etc., but geez ...
;)

Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | Willa, it just takes lots of practice. If you find it hard to play a certain chord, move your thumb and your elbow until you find a position that makes it sound cleaner. Then keep practicing until it starts to hurt. Then STOP. Take a break and work on other stuff. A little bit of practice, several times a day will build up your muscle strength and before you know it, you'll be wondering why you ever had trouble. |

Count me in. I didn't get in in time for an OFC calendar, so I'd DEFINITELY buy one that Willa makes. |
