Not really "mint" if the broken pickguard was replaced with a non-factory version, but very nice looking.

Looks like a factory version pickguard in the pics...it has the 'Viper III' on it.

It looked to me like the "Viper III" on the replacement pickguard was different than the original pickguard shown in the last picture. Still a nice guitar.
