I know it's not an "O" but I thought you guys may want a shot at this great collector guitar very cheap.
1982 Alvarez Artist # 5040
Very beautiful and rare guitar. 25th anniversery edition. Hand Built in Japan (Stamped in the body) Book matched Koa Top and Back. Jew Grade Tortoise shell binding and 4 ply perferling. Alarez inlayed in Mother of pearl on headstock and very nice fret inlays. Rosewood fret board and bridge. The pick guard was never installed on this. Unbelievable quality and tone and that great koa smell. If you’re a collector or just looking for a great sounding guitar this one is in 9.5 out of 10 shape. Do your research and see that this is a great find.
$175.00 cash or Trade always looking for guitar stuff......tube pre's, chorus pedals, Microphones, Monitors, Guitar cases (acoustic), vocal pedals harmonizers, 12 strins, 6 strings (acoustic stuff only please)

Alison is quick on the draw!

How does this guitar sound? I've got a 1977 Alvarez Yairi 12 string that is killer. Well, it's Sara's now but still killer.

I'm just curious. How can a hand made koa guitar sell for only $175? $1750 I could understand, but it seems a little under priced to me......

Yeah, they do say hand built. I've done quite a bit of research on this model because I have a customer who has been looking for one.

I'm not even going to TRY posting pics, but you can see the pics Rod posted. The only thing you can't see in the pics is how very pretty this guitar is, and that it is in like-new condition. I want to thank Rod for giving me such a great deal on this sweet little guitar. Now, I think I'll go play with it before it's gone...
