Location: Upper Left USA | As one of those that has bought and sold many guitars and parts on the OFC as well as not being the least bit shy about using the resources I would like to sell this guitar and send all of the proceeds to the OFC Donation Box (aka Al and Miles' therapy fund).
If you want this guitar - bid away! Payment will be made to and confirmed by Mr. Ovation and the guitar will be shipped. If you are in Europe I'll eat the shipping, if you are in Australia, I'll just snap the neck in half and ship it to ya Mate (or we'll figure out something).
Here is a Flamed Maple Breadwinner concept solidbody with Artec Lipstick HBs, Tunamatic Bridge with Tusq saddles, Gold hardware and Pearloid Tuners. The Body is made from Flamy Northwest Sugar Maple which is softer than the East Coast variety. There are dings and stain issues but as I was practicing on the concept it went through a lot of reformats. The Neck is Ovation and vibrantly flamed. Note the repair to the headstock. This neck came from Crimson Lake's inventory. I have not installed the tuner screws so you can change out as you want.
Frets are cleaned and even, plays smoove and can be dialed in from silky clean to dirty.
Note the thin body - very light and easy on the shoulders. Sustain friendly! You can play all dang day... Definately the only one like it  Not perfect but precious.
No case, Gig Bag, Alpep style packing...
For the Price requirement I'll start the bidding at $69.99 USD.
Be aware that if a couple of you can work a time share you can bid even higher.
Again, the full payment goes to the OFC Costs Fund.
Flaming Woody Album

Unless the price keeps climbing or stays at $69.99. All bids or promises need to be accepted by the Management...
You have the next 3 1/2 days to suggest this as your FD present! |

Just have the winner use the Donation Link and put "MWoody guitar" or something appropriate in the comments.
Thanks. Someone is going to get a cool and unique instrument. |

I sent a fat paypal to Al and Miles last week for recent guitars sold via this site. The OFC-CD sales I don't feel guilty about becuase I took a small loss on every freaking one of them. Anyway, just saying that hawking your ovation related goods here seems to be cool with the owners of the site, but I do think they deserve something in return for their graciousness. |

This is a dynamic website and I have gotten so much deeper into my Ovation obsession than I could have by any other means.
What strings do they use in Hell?

Youse guys on the West coast will be furtively checking in, looking over your shoulders, as your work day comes to a close and the salt mine's foreman makes his last rounds to make sure you're working right up to the last minute...
This baby's goin' to the East coast! |

Mayprils already come and gone. It's Junuary in the PNW now, soon to be followed by Julaugust where the frolicking kiddies all wonder "What happened?", "School starts when?"!
Then of course are the months of Zepptember and Rocktober followed by Schlogg and Blahh...
Alan - way to throw down the gauntlet! |

I wonder how it'll actually go down. This doesn't quite work like eBay. I'm guessing that near the end, the eventual winner is going to do a whole lot of page refreshes, guess at the winning amount, have it ready in the little comment-entering box, and hit "Add Reply" right about at 4:59:55 pm PST. |

However, I think the bidding sits at $300 for now, is that correct? |
