I found one for sale while clicking through pages on a online reseller I'd rather not advertise on here.
That said, it is a guitar that belongs in the hands of an OFCer, so let me know if you're interested and I'll shoot the website addy to you in a PM.
I think they were asking $650 plus applicable tax/shipping etc.

Not sure, but I would imagine just top and headstock face. It's a poor pic they have up.
