Anyone see CMT's Crossroads yesterday with Bon Jovi and Sugarland? Looked to me like Sugarland's mandolin player had three different USA-made Ovation mandolins!

Unfortunately I think that was a rerun because the last couple of times I saw Sugarland he was playing a different type of mandolin.Funny how that happens, we're good enough to get them started and then most eventually switch to someone elses instruments. It's a downright shame.

I noticed the change too recently. I'm not sure if it's because the TV appeances I've seen were like a stop on the way to the next show and all the rest of the mandolins are with the road crew, or if he in fact i smaking a switch because some one is supplying the mados.
