...just noticed that it's no longer listed in their catalog.

...anybody else think it was a somewhat unique instrument, ala' acoustic Les Paul with Tele-style stringing?

Not sure I know what an EA-65 is. Familiar with EA-68 and EA-58 (12 string), and the nylon string version EA-63, I believe, but am unsure of the 65. Can you link a pic?

...oops, you're 100% correct, it's EA68, not EA65...my bad!

...it has the "hollowed-out" mahogony body with Les Paul-like lower bout cutaway, thru-body stringing like Telecaster, and piezoelectric pickup(s) under the bridge piece.
