Location: Upper Left USA | With this post I am passing 5000. Probably had only a hundred or so meaningful ones, but who's counting. I have really enjoyed this board and met a lot of friends, or as Mr. Golf 007 reminds me, a lot of strange men I met in an internet chatroom that look forward to meeing out of State!
Good: People and connections!
Not so Good: Seeing some of these friends go silent. In my head I am still 25 and bullet proof. Reality enters in.
Good: First hand and Second-first hand history and knowledge being shared and archived! Priceless!
Not so Good: Still not clean enough to invite the whole family to read. I will focus on the part I can control.
Good: Each day provides something new. Just when you think you got it all together someone pops up with a new twist on a model.
Undecided: GAS! We don't look for a cure, just treatment!
May the peace and love that surpasses all understanding dwell in your hearts and homes.
Thanks for putting up with me! :) |

Woody,
You have breeched the "Get a Life" barrier.
I apologize for being one of those folks you are afraid to expose your family to...
...get over it ;) |

Now if someday I can decipher all these St&%$#id numbers I'll feel more t'home! |

But I'm having a good time, so here I am. |

I like that.
(But I'm gonna have to get a few more O's to feel real comfortable here. ALways wanted an O 12string, cos I appreciate great engineering. Maybe a uke...just for the HOI. But don't think I'm susceptable to GAS..... :( ) |

A pleasant little diversion. Their best quality is the ability to temporarily set aside all the tonewood / bone nut / slothead break angle issues and just have fun with 4 strings.
One finger for each string. Who could ask for more? |

The earlier date works better overall, but this year it puts 'us' close to what her doctors (yes, plural, and let me tell you, working for a regional health care organization does not provide one with exceptional medical coverage...especially when your wife decides to go outside of your employer's facilities  ) say is 'the window'.
We're still hashing it out. However, based on my trip last weekend to Clebeland...some compromises will need to be made. ;) |
