I now have owned the 07BCS collectors for about 2 months now. This was my first time playing with a guitar that had the silky smooth neck and not the high gloss finish. At first it was not something I thought I was going to like. But now after playing it basically non stop, and going back to my balladeer, or my friends Taylor, I really prefer this feel on the neck. Just thought I would bring this up and let everyone know how deeply in love I am with my 07BCS Collectors.

As much as I have played it, yes it should be high gloss now, lot's of buffing with the left hand!!!!

The neck on the 007 is VERY nice ... for a narrow neck. ;-) My favorite neck is still the 2000 - natural oiled neck with a bit of a vee. But I do like the satin neck on the 007 a lot.

What is the V shape like, is it easier on the left hand? I would be interested to find out which ones offer the V neck.
