Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | HEADS UP!!!! It exists!!!! I saw my first one in Guitar Center tonight. It has the rosette like the 1771LX. I only had time for a couple of strums, but it sounded wonderful. Price on it at GC is $999.

Location: south east Michigan | I guess I'm just going to have to learn how to decipher Ovation model numbers. Personally, I preffer word descriptions. |

| Since it's not on the website, how do i find out the specs of this? As far as price, the regular 6751 isn't much less than 999 anymore. Al, do you have any info on this? |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Englishplayer....mid-bowl, OP-Pro pre-amp, had the rosette exactly like the 1771 Balladeer LX, and we know it comes in -4 natural for sure. Look at the 6751 specs, add in the LX changes from 1771 to 1771LX, and you're probably there.
In the U.S., the street price for the 6751 has been around $800 to $850, so the price goes up around $150 for the LX upgrade, about as it did for the Balladeer 6-strings.

Location: Peoria, Illinois | I played this model yesterday at a GC outside of Chicago. List on the tag was just a tad under $900.00. Natural finish, and it sounded great. I would have bought it on the spot, but noticed that there was a shim under the bass side of the NUT!! Just could not get past that.
I hope my local GC in Peoria has one....... |

Location: Burbank | I did a write up a few weeks ago on this when I went to a guitar center in Northridge CA. It was tuned to C#. I tuned her right up and it sounded and played great. It sounded better than my non-LX 6751. |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | I've played a couple of 6756LXs and now, a couple of 6751LXs (my local GC has a -4 model also, I found this evening). I would simply get the one that I could get the better deal on, or the particular guitar I preferred. They both sound absolutely wonderful.
