Location: Warwick, RI | Are saddle shims available from the factory, or is the preferred source a cut up credit card?(something I need to do anyway)
I have an Ovation case, smooth finish, black, with a plastic tube/insert in the candy pocket. It's just a small hollow tube, nothing in it. Do you suppose it is a humidifying device? How does it work?

Yes, the factory has shims in varying thicknesses, though a credit card will work. | |
