Many of us are big on acoustic-specific amps, but I wonder if this thing would be any good in front of a nice clean tube amp? Anybody have any experience with these?

As I recall they worked pretty well, but you'll still have to have the amp in the tail section running clean. This will do the front half nicely.

I've something similar, but it's(was) made by A.R.T.

PreAmp, notch, paraEQ, boost, XLR-out.
(got a few built-in effects that I seldom use)

I run a Yamaha Magicstomp Acoustic, and go direct into a variety of amps/pa's and love the result. Don't know about the specific pedal you mention though.
