Location: Malvern, Pa. | I am new to this board, and was researching my guitars, found out much from all the reference and searches about my USA made ovations. However I have a Celebrity CC53 SuperShallow Nylon, I purchased new in August 1994. The OvationTribute link catalog shows only a Deep bowl. Ser# 434570. The ovation.com
discontinued link does not even list this guitar. When I purchaed this guitar I found it displayed in 2 different shops, so I assume it was a production model???? Any information would be helpful.

Location: Malvern, Pa. | Mitzdawg - Thanks, mine is close to that (I don't have the cedar top). But I did just find it in the 1995 Dutch catalog on the Tribute site. Thanks again.

Location: Malvern, Pa. | Xnoel - That was the confusion the earlier CC53 entries appears to be a Deep bowl, must have been re-introduced in 94/95 as a super Shallow.
