1) My uke....but I don't feel guilty about it.
2) Silly Love Songs....I will rock out or sing about social injustice as much as anyone. But I do enjoy belting out "Mrs. Brown", or "Kind of Hush", and "Till There Was You" is a great uke song. If I ever succumb to the Dark Side I'll turn into a Vegas lounge singer.
BTW...If you dare, run through the lyrics of "Mrs. Brown". Notice that there are not any rhymes.
3) The Danny Elfman soundtrack to Tim Burton's "Nightmare Before Christmas".
4) The first album from "The Presidents of the United States of America". "Peaches" and "Lump" made the charts but there is not one bad track on the whole thing.
5) The "Adventures of Buckaroo Banzi" movie. The Orson Wells "War of the Worlds" radio show was not a hoax. The aliens hypnotized Orson Wells into saying it was. And the proof is that the very next day, in the same town in up-state New York, 63 "people"...all with the first name of "John" (ie John Smallberrys - John YaYa) signed up for social security benefits. |

I am not really a Charlie Chan fan but here goes.
When my oldest, Michael(number one son) was potty training, he would do #1 well but would not do #2. My second son Greg would go #2 ok but would wet his bed at night.
So as a result honorable number one son had trouble with #2 and honorable number two son had trouble with #1.
My youngest, honorable son number 3 had no trouble with #1 or #2. |

#2= Poops
I'm sorry that I couldn't elaborate more in my previous post. I was working in the drug store and people were leavings prescriptions left and right with less than one half hour till closing.
Alright Brad, here it goes: My guilty pleasures
As you already know I like to take photos. I will also keep this brief because SWMBO is about four feet away from me. Lets see if you can understand the words that are coming out of my computer (Rush Hour 1 and 2-Jackie Chan).
1-I photographed my cousin wearing her baby doll nightie, teddys, stockings, heels etc. She wanted these pictures for a wedding gift that she was giving to her fiance. Before you short circuit your computer with sweat I must tell you that Pearl(SWMBO) was there helping me. The photo session lasted for about Eight hours
 .
2- I photographed a local italian beauty pagent. There were about 10 girls there. About six of them were the nice girl next door types and three of the looked like their diets consisted of double helpings of pasta and calzones on a daily basis. Then there was the one who you knew would win the contest before it began. She was must have been six feet tall in her 5 inch heels. Her sequin dress had a plunging neckline and a slit going up one side of her dress. Well by now you get the picture.
The photos were published in an italian magazine.
You can remind me when time gets close to the tour to bring the magazine.
3- I helped a friend photograph a girl who wanted to be a model. Her wardrobe consisted mostly of hot pants, halter tops and G- string bikinis.
Well Brad you had to ask so I had to tell :D ;) :p
I almost forgot. I was only kidding about the uke. I may actually get one in the future. |

Dave they asked for pleasures. Pee is a release and sperm is the pleasure. I pee outside all the time but then I have a large 2 1/2 acre Avondale yard not one of those small Phoenix yards. I aslo taught my 3 year old son to pee outside because when he lets me know he has to pee, he means now. |

Location: North Idaho | I was an avid auto/truck collector for years. Mostly street rods and vintage trucks until we moved to northern Idaho where I just haven't had the shop faucilities to carry on. I have a complete setup of equipment for an automotive machinine shop now in storage. I can truthfully state that resources such as this wonderful forum (actually the people on it) have saved my sanity and made my life fun again as guitars have now filled the void felt from not working on engines and vehicles. I now feel comfortable in selling the machines and not building another shop. Yes, I miss building high performance motors, hearing the roar, and feeling the horsepower, but my wife lets me get away with 'overhauling' a guitar or two in the house. Besides, I still get to use the dial calipers and micrometers to measure string diamters, neck widths, laying out nuts, and setting action.
Instead of burning gas, I've gone to burning with GAS. |

There are trees in Arizona?!?
I know you meant to be sarcastic tongue in cheek, but you would be suprised by the amount just in Phoenix. My yard has about 50. While at the state fair last year, my family and I rode the world's largest ferriswheel. With the view from there, we could see a sea of tree tops all around us. More trees here than in Virgina.
Just because it is a desert, doesn't mean we can't find water elsewhere. |

I also have quite a few Spiderman and Star Wars toys. I was Jar Jar for Halloween. Waitaminit... that's it! I'm the only Jar Jar Binks fan in the world. Guilty! I took a picture with other Star Wars geeks at a party, and all of them had their blasters trained on me. |

what are Catclaw and Creosote bush? We don't even have those in the desert parts. Come visit Phoenix in the winter and then see if you want to leave. Don't stay though, we have too many other winter visitors from the east that don't know when to leave. They use up the water we use for the trees. |

Location: Hicksville, NY | Spring of 2001, my then 7-year old was so much into the Sailor Moon animated series. After watching a few episodes with her on video that we rented from the local Blockbuster Video store, I too got hooked that I end up purchasing all 200 hundred episodes, along with the movies and extras associated with it.
Initially purchased as a "birthday present" to her, little did everyone knew in the household that I secretly burned copies for myself as well. When everyone else was either not at home, at work, or sleeping, I watched those episodes in secret. Browsing, the web, I managed to read articles about it, stream music videos, and added some websites into my favorite lists. I even throught about purchasing the entire manga collection via Barnes and Noble. The obsession was finally spoiled when my wife caught me. It was an embarrassing moment of course! She claimed that it was so childish and pathetic of me to be so fixated with such an animated series.
Fives years later, the obsession is long gone, but I still possess those episodes! Every now and then, when I think about it, I can't seem to fathom the fascination that I once had about this "girly" type animated series. But when the occassion is right, I don't mind popping a disc into the machine and watch an episode or two with my now 13-year old who still likes watching it, along with other anime stuff. |

What can I say? It must be a guy thing.
I will also admit to an incredible penchant for anything with whipped cream on it. Almost doesn't matter what it is, but it's got to be real whipped cream, not the fake petroleum stuff.
One more, while I'm baring my soul - I actually enjoy music ranging from everything from Kenny Rodgers and the Bellamy Brothers to Casting Crowns, Creed, and Bon Jovi. Call it a product of my upbringing, but is there anyone else here under thirty who even knows who the Bellamy Brothers are? |

Yes, it has gone as long as 67 days with the daily high over 100 degrees. However, there has NEVER been a night when the temperature stayed over 100 all night. In fact the record for the HIGHEST nightime low temperature is 93 degrees. You can look it up. Yes, that's still plenty hot but the notion that it never got below 100 day and night is not true. Sorry, I have to protect the reputation of my homeland ... |

On guilty music pleasures...
I think most musicians, who still like music, (I know a surprising number in dance bands who hate music and like taxfree money  ) have the ability to enjoy everything from..... almost Tiny Tim to..... almost Montavani.
I still think the Tiajuana Brass is the Bomb! Or is that Tiahuana? |

Even more fun, were the self-produced albums from brass-based Mariachi bands who'd play the cantinas down on Olvera Street in LA. The first song my dad taught me to play on guitar was Guantanamera (in F) so he could play along on piano or accordian (yikes!).
