Adamas pickup -- where can I get?

The pick-up is worn quite heavily on the "string-rest" (what is the proper term for this -- it is the white part where the string rest on the bridge). Also, is it possible today to get the OP24? At least the saddle and the frets need to be redressed. If I put my ear near the OP-24, everytime I pick the string 6 or 5, there is a slight 'krrr' sound. Perhaps this is because of the worn saddle (it has quite deep string marks).
