I don't know if anyone else has seen this video. A friend of mine showed it to me and I was blown away. This guy can play the uke!!!

Absolutely...even the non-uke fans here ( ;) ) are fans of Jake. That clip is nothing short of spectacular.

My word!!! I have never played a uke and never understood why so many OFC'ers were into them... I didn't know you could do that with a uke!

My hat is off to that guy, truly a pleasure to listen to!

I'm not one to poke fun at uke players... after all, ukes are legitimate instruments; just tiny little cute ones, the kind that elves, gnomes and wood nymphs might play and sing along to with their tiny little helium voices...

and this video is, easily, the one I most shared with friends and acquaintances over the last year. It's just the most musical thing I have seen in a long time.

I've got two of his DVD's and I had to stop watching them. It was making me want to give up playing all together. Dave

Sort of on topic: thanks for the "prize", Dave. I don't think the little book on Uke chords will convert me. I just can't get the image of Arthur Godfrey out of my mind.
