Location: Wooster, Ohio | Has anyone tried the 100W Fishman. 25lb and two channels one for mike. Looks like it would be a winner. Is this fairly new? I remember seeing only one channel on the small ones.

It has lots of goodies. I had the opportunity to pre-order one for 549.00 but I passed since I don't really plug in that much. I have a Roland AC60 it's OK. I think I got hung up on the compactness of it. Wished I would have held out and opted for the Fishman. I think their LoudBox is great, only 1 input. |

Location: cincinnati, ohio | I've got a Roland AC60 and it works great for me. The compactness is a DEFINITE plus. I have a Fishman Supernatural II pickup in a '71 Ovation Balladeer, and it sounds very clean and, well, natural. A little reverb/chorus/delay and you're off and running. You can't go wrong with the Fishman, though. I would have gotten a Fishman amp, but at the time I was looking, all they had were guitar amps. I wanted an all-in-one combo amp with a vocal channel. I also have a Peavey Ecoustic 112, which is a GREAT amp, but it's huge and is a boat anchor-- plus it gets HEAVIER every year! |
