I was in a guitar store several weeks ago and played a guitar that I thought was just magical sounding. Went back a couple of days later and mention that guitar to a salesman and he picked it up and playing it infront of me. It just sounded ok to me then. It was a round hole guitar and hearing it from the players postion was obviously the best. Kind of goes to Dave's sound bits of all the different guitars and how different they sound to a mic right in front of them. (that was a great post Dave)
