Hello, I have an Adamas Ovation. 1581-2 #4959 I currently have it on ebay. However, I may be wrong on year. Could someone please help. I do not want to mislead anyone. Thanks, cantplay

On Ovationguitar.com Is the series # the model or the serial# ? What year is serial # 4959?

Location: Tampa, FL		If you click on REFERENCE over on the right and check under Adamas serial numbers, you'll find yours is from sometime around 1989 as Mr. W has attested.

Edit: Er... that would be the other right

Serial# 4959 is 1989.
