Location: CT | Anyone out there good with electronics? The OP-Pro came with a 1/4" jack, or both a 1/4" jack AND an XLR. Mine only has the 1/4". I know the pickup and pre-amp are the same, so is it possible to just add a jack and a few wires, or is it more involved than that. I sure would like to be able to plug this straight into the console without a direct box. |

Location: closely held secret | Yep, it's possible, but you need one of these from the factory to replace the 1/4" jack.

Go to the bottom of the page and click the "Ovation Fan club" link between "Contact Us" and Privacy Statement". This is the preferred view. Bookmark it.
Next:
Update your Profile - link at the top of the page. Write down your password. I like to email my passwords to myself and put them in a folder.
