Did anyone know Yngwie Malmsteen played an Ovation?

I'm watching his DVD, and it is a slothead with leaflet soundholes and a horse engraved in the bottom of the body.

If you haven't heard his stuff, I definitely suggest trying it out.

He plays a lot of Neo-Classical, he loves to play the Paganini Caprices on his guitar and whatnot.

He's personally one of my favorite guitarists in the entire world.

Here's a video if anyone wants to see him play.

Incredible player, but I'd get tired listening to him after a while. Speeds fun and it's skillful, but it only has so much to do with music.

The video shown in there is mostly just his showing-off kind of stuff.

Most of his albums are either of a hair-metal style, or slower paced legato pieces.

For those who think he's all speed and nothing else, pick up an album and you'll probably hear something a little different then what you saw on that video.
