Location: Michigan | I have been looking at selling a couple of things on our site but I do not understand how to do it on our selling page . I have a couple of pictures that are saved on my computer and I need to know how to list an item and then put a picture to the message . Can anybody help this old man ?? I only know how to turn up the volume chorus & reverb on this computer . Thanks,, GWB |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Since the gallery is down, most have just been saying email for pictures, then you send the pics to those who respond. I think you have to have them on a website like the gallery, which isn't working, in order to link them to the ad. I'm an old fart who doesn't know much about computers, though, too. |

To insert a picture in your post:
Your picture has to be hosted somewhere on the Web and you need to provide its URL.
If your picture is not hosted anywhere on the Web, upload it to a web site like photobucket.
Your picture will now have a URL that you can use.
Here is how you can find (and "remember") your picture's URL:
view your picture
right-click your picture to display its properties
copy its properties to your Window's Clipboard
you now have your picture's URL in your Paste Buffer!
To insert a picture in your post:
click the "IMAGE" button under Instant UBB Code
a pop up prompt will appear to enter the URL of the picture you wish to insert into your post
paste the URL of your picture into the pop-up window
click the OK button on the pop-up window
the code for the Image is inserted in the body of your Post
Use the Preview Post button to see if the codes work and what your post will look like. |

Just copied a post someone put on the board a few months ago on to my computer. :)
