Location: Denver Colorado | After much diliberation (and the fact that I failed to talk him out of selling the sweet little guitar I really wanted)... I bought a 2005 collector off of Stephen today.
My main reason for wanting to see Stephen's stuff was because I just wanted to check out the contour back - yeah, right. It's like the last time I went to a dealership to get the oil changed in my car and left with the newer car that they let me test drive while mine was getting worked on.
This is why I don't walk into the animal shelter too... I can't walk out empty handed.
Soooo ... Yep. I'm for real, now.

Hey... where were they today?
I'm lovin' the guitar... I just finally put it away a few minutes ago. I took it over to Angelo's as well as my favorite Castle Rock hangout tonight - and it got a little lovin' from other guitar players in both places.
One of the guys said he thought this was the best sounding Ovation he's ever heard - and that was an unsolicited comment! So you're right, Stephen!
My life feels complete again - a house isn't a home without a guitar and two weenie dogs. :)
Thanks so much,
Sally |

Atta boy Stephen.
Enjoy it, Sally...

Hmm - explains why I always feel a little bit guilty every time I buy a guitar from Stephen :D |

Actually, Scrat is the name of the little annoying squirrel/rat/? thing from Ice Age - the fidgety one with schizophrenia. |

Eeeeewwwwwwwwww.... I was already over there, but didn't post to it. Mine came up as Blind Fingers Franklin.
Pretty ucky name!
But if you insist..... I'll head over there now.
PS... it's really rough on the fingers to play when they're still pruney from the hot tub! |
