Let's see who can add the most posts to their starting count between Now - when the tour started - and Sunday Evening!
No need for spiffy content - just keep tabs of the number of counts you've added! Highest number of adds wins!
I'll go first: One! |

If you list your guitars vertically it will run up the page count faster.
Although, if T28 merely listed all of his it would eat up a page at a time....
Still on page four, but we're gaining on the kill a post thread.... |

Well, you can't have that, but if you're an American citizen you are entitled to:
a heated kidney shaped pool,
a microwave oven--don't watch the food cook,
a Dyna-Gym--I'll personally demonstrate it in the privacy of your own home,
a kingsize Titanic unsinkable Molly Brown waterbed with polybendum,
a foolproof plan and an airtight alibi,
real simulated Indian jewelry,
a Gucci shoetree,
a year's supply of antibiotics,
a personally autographed picture of Randy Mantooth
and Bob Dylan's new unlisted phone number,
a beautifully restored 3rd Reich swizzle stick,
Rosemary's baby,
a dream date in kneepads with Paul Williams,
a new Matador,
a new mastadon,
a Maverick,
a Mustang,
a Montego,
a Merc Montclair,
a Mark IV,
a meteor,
a Mercedes,
an MG,
or a Malibu,
a Mort Moriarty,
a Maserati,
a Mac truck,
a Mazda,
a new Monza,
or a moped,
a Winnebago--a herd of Winnebago's we're giving 'em away,
or how about a McCulloch chainsaw,
a Las Vegas wedding,
a Mexican divorce,
a solid gold Kama Sutra coffee pot,
or a baby's arm holding an apple?
Who can tell me what song that's from? |

You say you wannna get a little bump in here
Shaking the room, give it the boom
Cmon
You say you wanna get a little bump in here
It's all good
You gotta listen when the girls say
Everybody get a little bump in here
Level to ten, bump it again
Cmon
Say you wannna get a little bump in here
It's all good
You gotta listen when the boys say
Phatt beat
Like to feel the drops
Dj
Never gonna stop |

The show I saw was captured to perfection on the Tubes' live album issued in 1978. Don't believe I've ever seen that on CD, for better, for worse.

Yes, OAO, that was the tour. It was just like the live album, which was very good, IMHO.
I'm not really saying Tubes did a rock opera, but they were theatrical with all the songs, and Fee did funny characters all the time.
When I think of rock operas, I think of Tommy, Jesus Christ Superstar, Phantom of the Paradise... |
