Location: Indiana | I'm not sure if this link has been posted before but I enjoyed the Richard Thompson clip from youtube the other day. While there, I found this and wanted to share it with those who may not have seen it. I don't have any one fav guitarist...there is so much awesome music out there. But if I had to pick one from a list, SRV would be on it for sure (but I admit, I'm a blues nut).

You Tube is awesome. It's like a treasure hunt. You start scrounging around an you never know what you will find.

Location: Cicero, NY | I was lucky enough to see SRV just a month or so before his plane tragically went down. He and Joe Cocker put on an amazing concert. To this day he's still one of my favorites (but I'm a bit of a blues nut too).

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Never was fortunate enough to see SRV, but I've been to Joe Cocker's place on the western slope in Colorado while riding with a bunch of biker friends. Joe is an unpretentious gem. His wife used to serve homemade blackberry ice cream in a little biker-friendly restaurant they owned. |
