Phony Balladeer on eBay?

Joined: April 2006 Posts: 1138 Location: CT Look at this: http://cgi.ebay.com/Ovation-Deluxe-Balladeer-6-String-Guitar_W0QQit... I'm no expert, but it seems to me this guy is trying to pass an Applause as a Balladeer. It looks like the label is a photo copy of the old stamped foil label, and if I'm not mistaken, a 1975 Balladeer would have a 5 piece neck with a truss rod cover. I didn't email the guy yet, I thought I'd get more experienced opinions first. He may not know what it is, or might be trying to screw someone. He lists the model number correctly and also I think the label is correct. He's an auto parts dealer and probably not familiar with Ovations. Some people think all Ovations are called Balladeers. Dave
