Some notes to other bottom feeders about repairing cracked and holed cases:

If you're dealing with a cracked case, use ABS/PVC plumbing cement - it bonds the case plastic very well.
If you have missing material, try some hot melt glue - the higher temp material bonds well, and fills holes pretty nicely.
Krylon makes a great paint for plastics that touches up the scuffs and patches and glue spots. The black works well - I fixed two cases today and they look a zillion times better than when I started.

Just finished reviving the Anniversary dead unit I bought (It came out GREAT!! !) and I am starting the '93 Collector's replacement top. Cover me - I'm going in!

I suspect by 'Bottom Feeder', you mean someone who would rather fix a broken item rather than toss it and replace with new in order to keep said broken item out of the landfill / backyard or to save money or both. Then call me "Catfish Carp." :p

Good Save Mitzdawg! :D

I've got an aforepostedabout Applause AE33 waitin' in the wings. Between garden work, yard work, auto repair and work-work, I hope to get to it this month. I'm still puzzling  out how to force the belly busted top back to it's proper shape, but I'll get there.

As far as the pending work 'Dawg, "I got your six."

Here are three links to case repair.

The best is the third one. Fiberglass very well too.
