They used to be my string of choice in the 70's but they sound a little too bright for me now. They don't seem to last very long either.

I usually buy them when I get in a bad mood about the price of Elixers; in that moment they represent the pendulem swinging the other way. I heard Gordon Lightfoot has always used them so I thought there must be something to THAT. Like a drug addict, I always go crawling back to Elixers.
