 | OK, so I finally got a picture of my Tangent Bass with the Tangent 257... I know a lot of people in the OFC aren't too fond of the Tangents but... Let a proud poppa brag for a minute :) :)

 | I like those bridges. Thanks for posting the pic. I had never realized the Tangent bridge before. |

 | Nice looking pair! I don't think I knew there was such a thing as a Tangent bass. How does it sound?

 | Unlike the Tangent guitar it's got a deep bowl so it's got a real full sound unplugged. Right now I've got it strung with Diadaro flat wounds and it's nice and smoooth sounding both unplugged and hooked in. The action is a little on the high side and I'm thinking of lowering it but aside from that it's real playable. I'm not really a bass player but I figure it's good to have a 4 string around and this is a good one; lots of fun to play.
 Cheers,
 JT

 | Oh, and by the way XNoel, they don't regularly make them. This one was sold to me by an acquaitence who is sponsored by Ovation. Supposedly they only made 4 of them for sponsorees. |
