As a past (and most likely future) owner of the Roland GR/VG kit, I have been fascinated for some time about the roland ready Ovations that were on sale until a few years ago. After reading the forums, seeing lots of mentions but never finding any pictures I found the following pictures on Elderly's website.

I was fascinated to see the mounting positions on the special custom legend version that was sold. I guess extremeley few of these R869's were made as I have never seen one anywhere despite being very interested and remember calling form the UK to be told they had discontinued them (5?? years ago.)

I think I see a project coming up to fit the kit to a new LX :-) Just glad I found these pics to act as a guide to where to do the surgery. Anyone own one or have any special thoughts. I did see psost about confusing sounds when using pitch/tuning shifts but I would e using for recording with cans on so should not be an issue.
