1768-7ltd.In regard to the posts about my offer to sell my my 1768-7ltd. I won't argue tonal quality or playability of your's versus mine.I think everyone agrees this is a nice guitar.I have a letter from Ovation stating that they don't even know how many of these sixstrings were made. The best guess is about 200. All they know for certain is they made 305 instruments in Hartford,Ct.for their 30th anniversary in 1996. A few Vipers,mandolins,mandocellos,12strings and basses. All were given the 1768-7ltd serial number. The guitar was also chosen to appear on the cover of Walter Carter's book "The History of Ovation" and an autographed copy of the book came with the guitar. So guys ya ain't gonna buy it in the store. It's a nice guitar,it's a rare guitar and it's collectible. More important it is only going to appreciate in value if taken care of. If you can afford it I think it's a good buy

Hey Syracuse......this certainly is a nice guitar. You'll get no argument in here about that. Good Luck

Shouldn't this post be in the buy/sell area?
