Location: Phoenix AZ | I think around late November we usually catch wind of what Ovation plans to roll out new for 2007. It'll be interesting to see what they come up with ...
In the mean time, I've got two sort of "wish lists" running around in my mind. One - what do I "think" they will come out with from a sensible business and marketing point of view (ie Breadwinner reissue ain't likely). Second - what do I "wish" they would do from a no-holds-barred selfish standpoint.
So, what do YOU think/wish they will come out with ??? Here's a few ideas just to get the thought process started:
2080 12-string adamas
2080 Baritone adamas
1777 LX-C Cedar Top Legend

Location: Munich, Germany | I would love to see the Adamas II come back as a standard modell, with textured top, with and without cutaway with new electronics and LX neck.
And I would appreciate to see two or three of the high-class models without electronics.
But, as far as you can get them as a special order, I don't think these guitars will show up.
As a limited edition a (Custom) Legend without Abalone trim in flamed maple, flamed maple Slothead, 1 3/4" neck without electronics. |

The dream:
Breadwinner reissue or a resonator!
Realistic:
2080 Baritone. |

gh1 I'll take one...just add a pair of Gibson '57 classic HB's to mine and make it in a flamed maple top with tortoise shell binding...
...and while we're at it, how about:
1. The contour cutaway 12-fret Adamas that they can't make
2. A deep bowl A-scale Elite model like a Papoose
3. (Like everyone else said) limited reissues of the solidbodies
4. A choice of several deluxe fretboard inlays (like Breedlove offers)
5. OFC special - Free Adamas guitar to all OFC members...
...then again, maybe not. |

A 12-string 2080 would be really cool Dave - standard cutaway, or 12-fret slothead? |

....and perhaps a slothead Adamas on a special order basis. |

Location: Lagrasse/France | Hi all,
A reissue of the guitar below, 1'7/8 neck, reverse red, HexFx preamp.
http://www.ovationtribute.com/Adamas_Slotheads/Other_Slotheads/Adam...
Or an Adamas guitar based with the 1581 body, 247 Reverse Red Burst, wide neck (1”7/8), Flat C profile, 14 frets free, slot head like the U681T and HexFx preamp.
Or the same model as Jeff's with HexFx preamp.

And my wish :
....a WN slothead SSB carved head and bridge Adamas on a special order basis. Two like that were built for Marcel,
