Location: Phoenix AZ | The Ovation factory in New Hartford CT makes a small line (5-6 models) of guitars called Adamas. The difference from Ovation guitars is that the Adamas line does not have traditional wooden tops. The tops are made out of woven carbon fiber with a very thin sandwich of birch. You can read more about it at this link:
www.adamasguitars.com
The necks, bowls, electronics, etc. are almost identical to the Ovation line. You can think of Ovation-Adamas kind of line Honda-Acura.

Even when I was in college (not THAT long ago) libraries had mostly become a place for technologically-challenged older folks, preschool teachers, and kids wanting to make out. All in all, there's just as much information online, and it's a lot quicker to access.
Not to mention, kids are more likely to use the internet now, because libraries don't stock X-rated movies... (sorry, Freddie!) |

You should use the "The Book" as a refrence, also anything you can find about the history of Kaman. As for the forum, anything written by CWK2, Al, Cliff, Are suspect, but probably true.
Most importantly, have fun and let yus know when you're ready for an Adamas. |
