So, the question is, will a Deacon 12-string neck mount on a Preacher Deluxe body? |

And while your'e at it, any reason a 6-string neck wouldn't fit on this body? |

Location: Phoenix AZ | It will mount just fine (I've done it), but you'll have to set the bridge correctly to intonate it properly. Dave |

This is the perfect grab for someone anticpating a set of New electronics.
You can adjust the bridge to make the 1/2" difference in Preacher/Deacon necks. |

Location: Marlton, NJ | BTW - just so you don't think I'm hoarding... I cut a deal with the guy who was selling the other Deacon and just got the electronics and pickup... he relisted the actual guitar. |

Wish I had known all you wanted was the electronics, we could have made an arrangement for that deacon.
Sounds like everybody's duking it out over the neck. I'm not interested in the neck or the bridge, but I'd love to get my hands on this body. Whoever wins this or is thinking about trying for it, PM me and we'll make a deal. |

I don't think that other one is going to go for more than I offered in the first place...
I hope this one doesn't go too much higher, but I have a feeling that it will.
I'll keep in touch as things progress... I hate battling with other board members over items... there's been lots of stuff for sale lately. |
