Help needed: 1773LX Classic - Original String Set

I've just substituted the first string set of my 1773LX with something different - they explained me that here in Italy the originals are not imported. They did not tell me what the original was, in order (I guess) to sell the ones they have... Can you help me in finding the brand, type of tension, etc. of the originals? Since I've friends and colleagues coming often there, then I would have no problems in having them... All of this is originated by a weaker sound coming from the 3rd string (G): it's not as brilliant as the others are, neither as the original was - very strange! Ever had the same issue? I think the designation is EJ46, but I'm not 100% on that... anybody know for certain?
