Post pics! Are you going to use a 4-way switch? It costs the same as a 3-way but you get a humbucker effect in #4.

Location: ranson,wva | this is my first full out solid body project im open to any sugestions. i can wire just about any thing so i fugure this wont be that big of a problme but i may be wrong...i spent the money for the new camera on the neck..lol...ill post pics soo as i get a new camera. i had to put a bit of good ol' ovation mojo in it so ive got ovation schaller machines on on it...jason |

Location: Capital District, NY, USA Minor Outlying Islands | I've never wired TV jones pups, but I've found for single coils, I like 500K pots, rather than the traditional 250k.
Good luck.
PS If the pups are splitable, then in the volume position use a push pull switch for the neck, and consider a mini switch somewhere else to split the bridge, though probably not necessary to split the bridge. For the tone knob, I can't recommend enough the torres midrange tone knobs. They have an inner knob to cut or boost the midrange and an outer knob that functions all the time as a regular tone knob. That thing is great. |
