No more orders are being accepted. Other than a few cheques I'm still waiting on from CANADA !!! everything has been sent out. Including some bulk shipments to France and some USA members who for reasons unknown appear to want to set up their own distribution networks. A batch was sent to the Ovation Factory and individual orders to Germany, UK, Norway, Italy, Japan and Austraila. Total orders excluding the freebies = 103 CD's. That's about 50% more than last year.
Thanks to everyone for making this a fun project.

Location: Boise, Idaho | Thank you, Dave. It was only a few months ago that the first CD inspired me to develop my talent. That didn't work, so I bought a bunch of Ovations instead. This new one will inspire me for a couple weeks and then I'll go back to the old attitude: "What the hell, I'll never be as good as those guys." |

So far I have a guitar, the members night out cd, and the calandar in transit between the US and Canada. Is the border still open? |

I don't want to offend any postal workers we may have on this board, so let me just say that as a private company that had to actually compete for business and provide customer satisfaction, they'd be out of business in a week.
On a brighter note, I did ship you Stephen a second CD on Friday. There are a few others still waiting, including MOTY Phil - how's that for an insult. Hang in there and let me know in a few days if you're still high and dry.

I think there is some damn Martin/Taylor USPS employee that is trying to stop the spread of good music on outstanding instruments.
Oh well.....hopefully the 2nd shipment will arrive on Monday/Tuesday. |

But the thing that strikes me is the overall production values that are going into these recordings.
If I have a hope of getting on the next edition, I need to brush up on my recording methods. |

Great work everybody - like brad said the production quality is way up there across the whole disc.
Shouldn't stonebob's carry a Parental Guidance Warning? ;) |

| Nothing in the performance of The Royal Mail over the last 5 years gives any grounds for expecting anything more than diddly-squat. They suck.
The postal service has gone to the same place as most kids' manners (see alpep's post). But at least it's nice and warm for them. |

I haven't listened to it yet as I've got a house full of relatives and they haven't stopped playing Bing Bloody Crosby for the last 6 days. Sheesh!

So is that the final list of destinations? USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Norway, Italy, Japan and Australia?
Would I be safe to guess that I have the ONLY 'authentic' copy in the southern hemisphere? |

The ones in France are being redistributed by the FDA (French Distribution Agency). So YES, I do believe you are the only southerner to buy one. There will be additional copies available via the USDA (United States Distribution Agency). Details on that will be coming soon.

Location: Phoenix AZ | BTW, the LAST check was received yesterday and the LAST CD has gone out. The canadian post decide to take a short cut around the perimeter of canada before handing off the check to the equally capable USPS. Since Lance retired, USPS just ain't as fast as they used to be. Anyway Dave, it's on the way.
