Location: Phoenix AZ | Here's something interesting for you: I looked up the conversion factor between 2006 dollars and 1966 and 1971 dollars adjusted for inflation.
Normalized for inflation, the list prices of the 40th Anniversary guitars (Shiny Balladeer, Shiny Josh White, Pacemaker 12, Glen Campbell Artist) are almost EXACTLY the same as the original list prices in 1967 and 1971. I just thought that was kind of cool.
Moral to the story? These are exact replica guitars in EVERY way.
