Location: Snåsa, Norway | Looked closely at the saddle on my 12-string, since I'm planning to replace it with a Tusq saddle. There is shallow slots under the thicker string in each of the four lowest pairs. Is this done on all 12-strings? My guess is that the slots are made to make it easier to pick both strings in the pair. Am I right? |
