"Pee Wee Herman's Christmas In The Playhouse". I've even got a DVD copy personally right hand autographed by Pee Wee (Paul Rubens) himself.

With enough rum, I can (and HAVE) recite the entire dialogue . . .
And Al is right, Guaraldi's music MAKES it.
All of the other Schultz animated features pale in comparison. They got it right the first time, and should've quit there.
The orginal b&w "A ChristmasCarol" with Alistair Simm is another one . . . |

A close second would be Charlie Brown.

From a British perspective we are looking forward to downloading tons of British TV to watch over the Xmas break including of course the Queen's speech. |

"The Island of Misfit Toys"... also one of my favorites, Jason... Ed Excuse me, but that is (simply enough) "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer." But I kinda related to the biker-looking prospector. Whom Burl Ives sang "Silver & Gold" about. They found the Island of Misfit Toys, and Rudolf and the Dentist Elf wanted to stay there, cuz they were misfits too. Just was on TV. |
