Nope not me, never notice... LOL..

Actually yes, it's an ongoing issue. Some of it has to do with the forum software, some with the fact that we use a shared host. What I struggle with most is making any changes, as if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I am involved with many web sites either as the host, webmaster of developer. Knock on whatever you hold dear, although sometimes slow, it's rare when we ever have an outage and have not lost any data, ever. We also have not suffered the constant hacking attempts that seem to plague other sites. However, with the amount of traffic we get pretty much 24/7, I can see moving to a non-shared host in the near future.

Maybe the slowness is a good sign, at least people are using this forum regularly. (unlike some others) Kudos to all those who keep it going!!

aloha miles,
i ain't complainin' much. i really enjoy the fellowship here. sometimes though, i have had to delete duplicate posts when the server has "frozen" and i re-load the page to submit my post only to find out it went through the first time.

i have an attitude of gratitude for all you guys do to make this forum happen. MAHALO NUI LOA!!

This forum ain't near broke, please don't fix it!

Another site I'm involved in is constantly plagued with assault from barred former-members (a lot of gratuous conflict...if I ever bring it here, I appologize) and various other program faults. It's been down for two weeks now.

This site MAY occasionally be slow, but how many weeks could you do without? Go make a fresh pot of tea while you reload the site....
