here I am sitting back after about 4+ months of this website and thinking what I did with my time when it was not here. In that little time we have 200 members and over 7000 hits on the counter.
That goes to prove that I was right Ovation guitar players do care and are passionate about their instruments and need a forum to voice their opinion. I am really glad that for the most part we are free of the mindless brain dead banter that occupies many message boards.I think you are all to be applauded with what you bring to these message boards, your knowledge, your passion your personalities etc.
I know I have said this several times but Miles and I have many plans for the fan club. I hope that we can see some of these come to fruitiion soon.
In the mean time thanks

PS I forgot to mention that although tempted a couple of times neither Miles nor I had to pull any posts. another job well done

But in all seriousness, I concur with everything he said (now I feel all squishy). This board became busy from day one. We still average two new members per day, and based on the email questions I get, still a significant number of lurkers out there. It's all good, it's all entertaining, stay tuned. | |
