I would like to know any telephone numbers to reach Ovation directly. I noticed that the names John Budny & Kim Keller came up in a previous posting. Can I reach these people directly? Can you buy parts, tools or even guitars directly from Ovation? The Ovation website doesn't seem to give any information on how to reach them directly. I've been in contact, through e-mail, with a Tim Campbell, who was helpful on some matters, but I can't seem to find any telephone numbers to deal with them by phone. Also, does anyone have Ovation's address in New Hartford, CT.? Do they do tours of their factory as other guitar makers do? Do they sell directly to the public? We're probably going up to CT. during the summer, and I would like to see the place.

Thanks;

I believe most of your questions can be answered on the kamanmusic.com web site. Check the service and contact information section. Ovation does not sell direct to the public
If you call directory assistance and ask for new Hartford or Bloomfield Ct you can get the number for Ovation ask whomever answers to patch you in to Kim or John and they will answer or either you will get their voice mail
We were asked not to publish phone numbers on this board.
I don;t know of any scheduled tours but I you can ask Kim or John if they would have some time to show you around.
Perhaps we can organize an Ovation Fan Club event at the Factory and have a tour etc. Rick Hall and Frank Untermeyer give really fantastic tours of the Ovation factory.
