Well I guess this is another milestone for the club. Thanks again to all whom have participated so far, and welcome to the newest members. To whomever is going to take charge of next years, 1st annual "An Ovation Springtime in Connecticut" event, my only advise is THINK BIG! and start soon. At this rate, there will be 1500 members by then. If only 15%ish participate, that's over 200 folks plus any family parties.

Again.. thanks to all...
Info on the OFC CD to be posted soon...

Miles and I were participating in the East coast Jam of the Hamer fan club this week end and I have not been on the board but all I can say is WOW 500 members now that is something.
I hope you all enjoy yourselves and the great information on this board. Personally I am very proud of this board and members.
500 voices and more joining every day can help to direct what you want to see in the products.
thanks to all who participate here.

Wahoo!!! The more the merrier! As member number 427, I am beginning to feel a tad older on the board. Alas, I know I'll never be as old as Paul or Al. (in "board years!" ;) )

As far as voices on this board directing what we want to see in products, I would say deep bowls! (Though I like mids for their all around usability, I wouldn't mind deep bowls to be a bit easier to obtain.)

Which Paul are you talking about? I just got in from taking the family on some vacation time up north and saw this post. I, for one, am still on the sunny side of 50. How are we defining old?

I'm talking about age in "board years"--member numbers!
What I was saying was: Though I'm a whopping member # 427, now that we're 500, I'm feeling a bit "older." Sorry for the confusion, hope I didn't offend anyone! ;)

Congrats again so soon, shows what a good board can do.

Using your 15% estimate, I had ordered 60 mules and 4 muleskinners to be delivered to Mission Viejo, care of moodypi over the labor day weekend to winter until needed in the spring. Now I have to round up 15 more and one more skinner. Paul, I hope you have a big enough corral at your ranch.

Good morning captain, good morning shine
I need another mule skinner out on our main line

That sound of 500 people logging off all at once gives one a lonesome feeling, so I left out the yodel.
